"The room was clean and well stocked. It is across from the beach with a beautiful pool that is well maintained. I loved that it had a full size refrigerator, stove, dish washer, washer and dryer and the other items you would need in a kitchen along with a coffee maker and coffee! It is walking distance from the grocery store, some restaurants and the liquor store. We stayed another night we liked it so well. Great location for day trips to other parts of Eleuthera!"

"Wish I could write a better review here. And I'm not one to make a fuss about a place as I'm well aware of the business of renting. None the less, my review is somewhat inevitable when ask to pay a certain price for a certain expectation. We've been coming to Eleuthra for over 10 years and absolutely love it. This time around the stay was disappointing only due to the condition of the house. I will say the location is great and it was nice to walk to restaurants instead of driving. Beach is wonderful. The house is however very dated and in need of upgrades to charge such a price. That was the only thing that got me to write this kind of review To start, the water pressure needs updating and so do shower fixtures. Kitchen cabinets are inoperable in places and in need of replacing/repair. Outside deck is rotting and falling apart in places. Stairs to beach are almost a liability in terms of safety to access. Limited supplies available for beach goers. Pool was never attended to or cleaned during the entire week we stayed. Bunk bedrooms mattresses are worn thin and very uncomfortable. All an all we still had a great time because Eleuthra is so beautiful of a place. And as stated if the prices were accurate for the accommodation I would understand completely. Just don't charge me high end prices for less than value."

"Loved this house and hope to return. Great space to share with a group of 7 for a week. Separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Plenty of room to spread out or gather depending on your mood. Great kitchen supplies. We used the kayaks and stand up paddle boards more than we expected because it was so easy and calm in the water at the house."
